Waitlist Roundup!

We are thrilled that you are interested in receiving updates about upcoming registration events with Duncan Dynamics.

Too many emails can be overwhelming, and we likely aren't the only club that you and your child may attend throughout the year. DDGC will still send out reminders, fundraiser information and registration information to our full membership, but we know those can get lost easily.

The waitlist is meant as a helpful reference tool where you can get the most important registration letters for recreational classes, especially if you can't find that one specific email from who-knows-how-long-ago. 

The Waitlist Roundup email will be sent out once for these registration events:

• Fall, winter, spring and summer registration letters for recreational classes

• When camps open for registration

• When birthday party bookings open for registration

• When invitational try-outs open for registration

What do you need to know about Waitlist Roundup?

• You require an account to join a waitlist. There is no cost to creating an account and joining this waitlist. When you create an account, enter your details as the primary account holder, then you can create the participant profile for yourself and your kids after your account is created.
• Check that you're communication preferences are set to "Yes" in your account or you won't receive any updates or emails. Those who have opted out for more than four months may be removed from the list.
  
• Joining the Waitlist Roundup "waitlist" does not put you into any class waitlists. This is strictly so that we know you want to receive updates about registration.
  

How do I join this list?

Log-in to your account and click the button that says "Join Waitlist" at the bottom of this description.

Enter any one of your participants and click submit.

How do I remove myself from this waitlist?

There will be an option to leave the list through your account after you sign up.

Check your participant profile or your most recent invoice for two different ways to locate the waitlists that you've joined, you can also reach out to info@ddgc.ca for assistance.
