Afternoon Camp - Single Day

DDGC offers various camps for all ages throughout the year including Summer, Winter, Spring Break, and Pro D Day Camps. Typically, if school is out, camps are in session! These programs are a great way for gymnasts to stay active and social throughout school breaks. 

Highlights of our camp programs include themes, skill progression, fun games, teamwork, and gym apparatus exploration.

Camp Details

Single Day: $40

Age Range: 5-13 years old

Camp Dates: March 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

Camp times: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Packaging and Pricing

This $40 price is for single day camp registrations so that you can pick and choose the days you wish to register for this week.

What to bring:

A labeled water bottle.

A healthy snack.

An extra 10 minutes for drop off and pick up.

What to wear:

Campers should wear a fitted T-shirt in shorts and a change of clothes is always recommended for very young gymnasts.

Do not wear jewelry and accessories to the gym because they can fall off and damage equipment or harm other gymnasts.

Long hair should be tied up in a simple ponytail with a simple hair tie.

Non-Refundable Fees

Gymnastics BC Insurance is charged per gymnast once per calendar year and covers from September 1 to August 31 for all recreational programs for that gymnast such as camps, drop-ins and classes. This insurance is through Gymnastics BC and is non-refundable. 

DDGC Membership Fee is charged once per calendar year per participant, this fee is non-refundable. Membership fees help us to keep our program pricing as low as possible.

These fees apply to the first registration for a gymnast within the calendar year. If you have already paid for insurance or membership within this calendar year then you will not be charged the next time you register your gymnast into a program. If you discover a duplicate charge, please do not hesitate to reach out to info@ddgc.ca and we can investigate.

Withdrawal Deadlines

Credits for withdrawals before February 29th are eligible minus a $25 Administration Fee.

Withdrawals after February 29th are not eligible for credits.

Registration Instructions

To register for a program:

1. Create an account or log in at www.ddgc.ca.

2. Read and acknowledge any pending policies on your account.

The website will snap you back to your account until this section is done. If you are missing your birthday you will not be able to accept policies. You can add your birthday details when clicking on the pencil icon next to your name.

3. Go to "Registrations" in the top menu.

If you are using a phone, this will be in the hamburger menu with 3 horizontal lines.

4. Scroll down and you will see a list view of our current programs. 

Clicking on "Calendar" below the yellow section will change the list into a Calendar view.

5. Select the program you wish to register for, if there is space available there will be a button that says "Drop-In".

Please take a moment to read the program description so that you are not missing any important information. After adding your participant, your program will go into your Shopping Cart temporarily so that you can add more programs to your shopping cart before checking out.

6. Follow the prompts and be sure to finish the check out process from your shopping cart.

You will know that you have registered successfully when you see an invoice with an invoice number!

Send E-transfer payments to info@ddgc.ca, please include your gymnast's name, and an invoice number or class name.
