How to Register for Programs with Duncan Dynamics

Follow the steps below to register for DDGC Programs

 

STEP 1

Log into your account

  • If you haven't created an account yet, CLICK HERE to learn how.
  • If your account has pending policies that haven't been acknowledged, scroll down and click on one at a time to read it. The website will snap you back to your account until this part is done. If you want to view policies that you have accepted, click on the grey "policies" button on your account page.

 

STEP 2

Go to the Registration Calendar

  • You can get there directly by using the Quick Links above, by selecting "Rec Registration Calendar" in the drop-down menu under Recreational Programs, or you can CLICK HERE.
  • Use the arrows on the top left of the calendar to go between months. Programs that start in September for example will only start to show in the September month of the Calendar.
  • Classes that are not available for registration yet will appear greyed-out, but you can still click on one for more information about that program.

 

STEP 3

Click on the Program you want

  • When registration is available, there will be a button that says "Register" or "Drop-in".
  • TIP: "Drop-in" means that you can choose to register for a single event or single class rather than an entire season. This does not mean that you can come in without registering through your account. For example, Birthday parties will say "Drop-In" because you would be selecting a single booking rather than all birthday parties within the season.

 

STEP 4

Select your participant

You may need to enter a registration code (if you are registering during Priority Registration for example) before clicking submit.

 

STEP 5

Open your shopping cart to check-out

The shopping cart will time out after 1 hour and you will lose your spot if you don't finish checking out!

  • After you click on your shopping cart, scroll down to verify:

The programs and products and their cost.

Billing information and policies.

Payment Method: See Step 6.

 

STEP 6

Select your Payment Method then click Submit

There are two payment methods to choose from:

  1. Credit card
    • This method will charge your credit card immediately.
    • If you previously selected "Pay by Installments" it will take out the first payment that was listed right away.
  2. E-Transfer
    • Send E-transfer payments to info@ddgc.ca and include your gymnasts' name in the message section.
    • Select this payment method if you intend on paying by Cash, Debit, or Credit at the office.
    • Select this payment method if you are transferring from another class and have already paid for it.
    • Select this payment method if you will be waiting for funding [Please be advised, if you make a payment by credit card even though you are waiting for funding, the funding payment will be placed on your account as a credit for the future and will not be eligible for refunds].
    • Select this payment method if you see something on your invoice that you are unsure about and reach out to info@ddgc.ca so we can help.

Please be advised that once you click "Complete Payment", the insurance fee and membership fee is not refundable.
