About Us

Duncan Dynamics Gymnastics Club (DDGC) is a not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, managed by our coaches and administration staff, and occupied by athletes of all ages and levels.

DDGC has been the Cowichan Valley's only gymnastics facility since 1994. In 2009 we moved into the Cowichan Community Centre. This was a huge expansion and upgrade of facility for the club which in turn allowed athletes to reach national levels.

Here at DDGC, we have a focus on the safety, development and growth of not only the athlete, but each individual as a whole. We aim to foster individuals to be Active for Life, along with the ability to achieve personal goals.
